NTNU 66th Anniversary Expected Continuous Outstanding Performance

 NTNU celebrated the 66th school anniversary on June 5th. The outstanding alumni, outstanding teaching, and outstanding research awards were awarded on the ceremony. Nobel prize for literature receiver Kao Xing Jian were invited to give a lecture. Principal Chang Kuo En expected NTNU to continuing pursuing outstanding performance, build a safe and free environment, and expected more alumni to become somebody. 

NTNU alumni, Legislative Yuan speaker Wang Jin Ping attended the celebration. He indicated that we could see the transformation and multiculturalism of NTNU from the awards awarded at the day. Several outstanding alumni not only supported school development but also concerned about the society. He expected students to reach the new peak of NTNU.
Nobel prize for literature Kao Xing Jian shared his college life. Professor Kao indicated that a complete library was important. He studied in library beside the regular courses while he was in university. “Reading is very useful to me.”
Principal Chang Kuo En indicated that the future development goal of NTNU was to make NTNU stay away form the restriction of law, politics, and education error. Provided a safe and free environment for publication and creation. On the birthday of NTNU, he made three wishes, expected NTNU to continuing pursuing outstand performance, build a safe and free environment, and expected more alumni to become somebody.
