The 2012 Taiwan College Student Physicists’ Tournament Ended Successfully
The 2nd Taiwan College Student Physicists’ Tournament held by NTNU Department of Physics held the close ceremony on October 8th at Gong Guan campus. NTNU Vice Principal Cheng Chi Fu, Director of Department of Physics Wu Wen Chin, Director of Center of technology education Chang Chun Yen, Professor Liang Ying from Beijing Normal University, and Professor Wang Si Hui from Nan Jing University were invited to exchange experiences and awarded the prizes.
The winning schools of the tournament this year were, the 1st place, Nan Jing University- Nan Jing University Team, the 2nd place Beijing Normal University- Crocodile Team, and the 3rd place, Nan Kai University- Nan Kai. The 4 days tournament was held at NTNU Gong Guan campus from October 5th to 8th. The tournament gathered students from China and Taiwan and competed in English. The participated schools were NTNU, National Taiwan University, National Central University, China Beijing Normal University, Nan Jing University, and Nan Kai University.
The champion team leader Fu Hsin Kai from Nan Jing University indicated happily that it was his second time participated in the competition. He had improved a lot since last year and finally won the champion. NTNU team leader Li Yen indicated that he had learned a lot from the tournament. He thought that it didn’t matter to win the prize or not but to improve your own ability.
