China Conservatory Called On NTNU Expecting to Sign the Sister School Agreement

 The China Conservatory team of academic affairs from Beijing called on NTNU on the 20th of November. The 13 representatives carried out the academic conversation with NTNU Department of Music, Graduate Institute of Performing Arts, Graduate Institute Ethnomusicology, and Office of International Affairs, expecting to sign the sister school agreement as soon as possible. 

China Conservatory was directly subordinated to Beijing Government. It was the target music education university. The academic affairs team that called on NTNU this time was the heart core of the school that managed all the teaching activities in school. The vice director of China Conservatory Office of Academic Affairs Liu En Na mentioned that China Conservatory focused on the development of “Ethnomusicology”. They emphasized on the teaching, researching, and passing down the ethnomusicology. She guaranteed the teaching quality in China Conservatory as two of the three national music professors in China were teaching in China Conservatory. 
Director Yang Ai Lin from NTNU Department of Music introduced the teaching training system in NTNU. She mentioned that NTNU Department of Music would hold the ISAME International Symposium on Assessment in Music Education from 10th of April to 13th of April next year. The outstanding teachers around the world would participate in the activity. Welcome teachers and students from China Conservatory to participate in it.
