NTNU Signs With ACER

ACER is an international leader in the provision of quality educational research. As an independent research body, ACER’s expert and objective research assists educational decision makers at all levels in their collection, analysis, interpretation and use of reliable data, and in their implementation and evaluation of evidence-based policies and practices.
ACER is a world-famous education center with 380 staffs. It’s based in Melbourne, Australia and their branch offices are around the world. Founded in 1930, ACER has built solid relationship with many important organizations and centers like OECD and The International Association for the Evaluation of Educational Achievement. The Center of Educational Research and Evaluation is one of the six university-level R&D centers at NTNU. The goal of this center is to facilitating quality learning through quality research and evaluation.
There are three main goals of the cooperation. First, to learn how to set up large educational data base and analyze the result. Second, be connected to other important educational center through ACER. Third, NTNU wishes to co-publish the journal with ACER with an aim to improve the quality of the journal from NTNU. The two parties will run exchange program that’s beneficial to both sides and hand in application, publish academic work together.
