The Women’s Archery Team Came Back to Taiwan

The Women’s Archery team of Taiwan won the Bronze medal in Rio 2016 Olympic. Two of the team members, graduate school student Le Chien Ying and her teammate, Lin Shih Chia, Tang Ya Ting and the coach Ni Ta Chih arrived Taiwan on August 16th. Dean of Academic Affairs, Chen Chao Chen went to the airport to give them flowers and bonus to show support to Lei. 
As soon as they set foot at the hall, many fans gave them leis and hugs. Lei and her teammate soon burst into tears. They are happy that they got the bronze medal. The coach said that they are proud to represent Taiwan. It not only bring honor and confident to the team but also to the country. He believes the players will have a bright future. 
Lei was accepted to the graduate school of the Department of Athletic Performance in 2012, but for the Olympic Games, she took a 2 year leave from the school. This September, she will be back to school. To celebrate Lei’s arrival, Dean of Academic Affairs, Chen Chao Chen, and Professor Lin Der Lung as well as Wang Hung Hao waited at the airport with many students. 50,000 NTD was given to Lei as bonus. Lei has made herself qualified as a coach, it’s possible that NTNU will hire her as a coach to stay at NTNU and teach. 
Wei Chun Heng, the recurve archer at the Men’s team also took the same flight back. He ranked number 9 in Men's Recurve Individual.
