Newly Established College of Social Science Sees Education as its Core Value
In 2009, a College of Social Science is officially established in NTNU. Under this new college are departments including the Graduate Institute of Political Science, the Graduate Institute of Social Work, and the Graduate Institute of Mass Communication (which were originally under the College of Education), and newly established research centres on subjects such as media literacy, aborigine, and minority groups. This college will see education as its core value, while developing itself into a complete college of social science. In the future, it might also establish, progressively, a general bachelor program.
