Students Propose Gender Equality Issue During Tea Time with the President

What is the best way to deal with gender issues on campus? A dozens of students who attended the Tea Time with the President on October 29th expressed their expectation that NTNU could address gender quality issue with more active actions, and to show more respect to the diverse gender culture. Their demands include to making the Council of Gender Equality a full-time unit, making gender education a required course, abolishing curfew for student dorms, and constructing mix-sex toilet units. President Guo Yih-Shun also brought in related faculty to listen to the viewpoints of these young minds together.
