The Master of the Music Hsiao Tai-jan Donated《Lang Tzu》Draft to NTNU
The highest honor of the cultural in Taiwan, the only prize winner of the 98 years Executive Yuan culture prize, 52 years of music department alumnus, Hsiao Tai-jan returned to NTNU today and donated the draft of the oratorio《Lang Tzu》to the music department. The head of the music department Lin Ming-hui represented to accept and indicated that in order to appreciate Dr. Hsiao’s donation, she would arrange the music department to perform the oratorio《Lang Tzu》this year. 《Lang Tzu》was completed in year 2000. Dr. Hsiao had highly expectation of the music department and indicated that he would donate his compositions if the music department liked his works.
