A New Choice among Clubs: International Affairs

<div style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: inter-ideograph">BY AN-LIN SUN</div> <div style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: inter-ideograph">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;There will be several newly-founded clubs for NTNU students to choose from.&nbsp;Among them, &ldquo;The International Affairs Study Club&rdquo; is a club specifically conceived for those who are interested in global events and worldwide issues.&nbsp;Although the club is currently established, actually it began its delicate design and campaign last year.&nbsp;Through an array of experimental curriculums, the international affairs study club offered club members with opportunities to probe into global issues such as AIDS, sexual egalitarianism, NGO organization, and the millennium plan set by United Nations.&nbsp;Expected as a platform for discussions on international affairs and events, the club attempts to enrich members&rsquo; experiences of discussion participation and broaden their cosmopolitan viewpoints.&nbsp;</div> <div style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: inter-ideograph"></div> <div style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: inter-ideograph">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In the following semester, the international affairs study club will keep on proposing a series of enlightening and academic club courses.&nbsp;They also truly welcome students to take part in their inspiring events like simulated UN (United Nations) sessions and imitative experience of hungry.&nbsp;<span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></div>
