Xiamen University Pay the Visit Focus On Exchange Students

NTNU sister school Xiamen University vice principal Wu Ta-Kuang paid a visit to NTNU on November 5th. NTNU vice principal Cheng Chih-Fu, Sung Yao-Ting from research development office, and Hsin Shih-Chang from international affairs office received our guests. NTNU former principal Kuo Yi-Hsiung just leaded our basketball team to China and had a friendly match with Xiamen University the other day.

University of Wisconsin-Madison Vice Principal Seeking for Mandarin Culture Exchange

NTNU sister school, University of Wisconsin-Madison vice principal Dr. Gilles Bousquet and his assistants paid a visit to NTNU. Vice principal of NTNU Cheng Chih-Fu, the dean of international affairs office Chuang Kun-Liang, Lin Chia-Hsing from department of educational psychology and counseling, and the alumni from University of Wisconsin-Madison Huang Hui-ping, Chiu Ming-Hsin, and Mao Ching-Ju received our guests. Dr. Gilles Bousquet indicated that more than 60 percent graduated students from University of Wisconsin-Madison would go to Europe for graduated lesson.

Nanhua University Pay A Visit To NTNU and Expect More Connection

Nanhua University Principal Li Yuan-Yuan, the dean of Hong Kong Macao Taiwan affairs office Hu Yi-Wu paid a visit to NTNU on November 4th. Principal Chang Kuo-En received our guests personally. Both side had the kind conversation, expecting to have more connection between two schools through the meeting this time.

NTNU Macao Established Macao Alumni Association on October 23rd

The founding ceremony of NTNU Macao Alumni Association was held on October 23rd in Macao. The mother school NTNU national alumni main association honors president Kuo Yi-hsiung and otheree 7 representatives went to Macao and offered the blessing. NTNU would have more cooperation and interaction with Macao alumni through the association.

NTNU 5 Participants in 2010 Cross Strait Interpreting Competition of Chinese and English

2010 Cross Strait Interpreting Competition of Chinese and English Taiwan area preliminary game was held on October 24th. The participants were outstanding interpreting talented person. Six out of twenty from the preliminary game could represent Taiwan to participate in the final game in November. The literary academy, graduate institute of translation and interpretation, and the English department held the competition together.
