2009 Hoping Download Lit Up Eco-Friendly Christmas Tree

NTNU organized the 2009 Hoping Download that would send 100 students from Taiwan, China, Hong Kong and Macau to senior high schools in remote areas during the coming winter break.

Joint Presentation for Cultivation of Excellence Teachers by Ministry of Education

The results of the 2009 cultivation project directed by Ministry of Education was presented in its opening on December 23rd. The project funds 5 universities yearly through a competitively awarding system, aiming to assist universities in cultivating teachers and developing key points in such cultivation.

NTNU launched the 2009 Hoping Download at its first press conference on December 24th. A music video, called More Love To the World, was made specifically for this activity, by the 10 newly elected NTNU stars and 2 students from China.

A Commemoration and Exhibition of Dr. Lin Qing-Jiang

Former Minister of Education Dr. Lin Qing-Jiang has passed away 10 years. He was not only a proud alumnus of NTNU, but also an important figure in Taiwan’s history of educational reform.

Artistic Underground Passage Opens with Christmas Lights
