The major responsibilities of the Personnel Office are managing personnel organization, appointment, employment, recruitment, promotion, resignation, salary and compensation, achievement, merits, transfers, benefits, training, leave of absence, insurance, retirement, welfare, pension and other personnel related matters.

According to the organization regulations of National Taiwan Normal University and related regulations, the Personnel Department is divided into four divisions:
  • Recruitment and Employment Division.
  • Assessment and Development Division.
  • Compensation and Benefit Division.
  • Project Human Resources Division.
