French Office in Taipei
Eric Molay
International academic exchange between Taiwan and France
After three years during which academic exchanges between Taiwan and France were disrupted, we are now witnessing a return to pre-pandemic normalcy. After a brief introduction to the specificities of the French higher education, the main tools available to higher education and research institutions to support their cooperation will be presented. Similarly, the mobility of students and researchers towards French universities and Grandes Ecoles can be supported by different programs. Finally, the priorities in terms of academic exchanges for the future will be highlighted.
Eric MOLAY has been attaché for academic and scientific cooperation at the French Office in Taipei since 2022. Previously, he held academic positions as Associate Dean and Associate Professor of Finance at the IAE Nice Graduate School of Management of Université Côte d'Azur in France. He was then appointed as attaché for academic and scientific cooperation in China and Vietnam. Prior to his academic and diplomatic career, he held senior positions in the banking and finance industry.
