International Human Resource Development Seminar Conferred Sustainable Human Resource Development

 NTNU Graduate Institute of International Human Resource Development held “The 9th International Human Resource Development Seminar” on September 28th. Scholars all over the world were attracted to participated in the discussion. The seminar mainly discussed the global warming crisis, organization and business cross-culture human resource issue, and the strategies and experiences sharing.

The topic of the seminar was :International Conference on Human Resource Development for Sustainability. In order to discuss, exchange, and share experience to the maximum, the organizer invited cross-culture human resource managing experts to give speeches. Experts from entrepreneur, government department, research center, and university discussed the “sustainable human resource development” issue together.

The charity organization Cizi was a good example to cross-culture human resource. Through the sharing, participants were amazed by how human resource could change the world so much. The participants in Cizi charity organization included disabled people and criminal antecedents. “The 9th International Human Resource Development Seminar would last from September 28th to 30th. More human resource method would be discussed.
