Sister School WuHan University Provided Two Number of Exchange Students Next Year

WuHan University Principal Li Hsiao-hung and her crew called on NTNU on October 3rd to sign up for the sister school contract. WuHan University was the 33rd sister school of NTNU in China. Both schools would provide two number of exchange students started from next year.

WuHan University was the key comprehensive university in China Ministry of Education “985 project” and “211 project”. They had 36 colleges of humanity science, social science, philosophy, technology, information science, and medical science. More than 3600 teachers taught in the school. NTNU vice principal Chang Chi-fu indicated that NTNU was developing in many different ways; the teacher education was not the only target anymore. Through the cooperation, two schools could combine the resources and students exchange.

WuHan University principal Li Hsiao-hung indicated that the visit was not only about learning but also exchange experiences. Students studying in WuHan University took 43% of students studying in HuBei province. WuHan University expected to have more academic cooperation in Humanity Science.
