Easily Make the Korean Rice Cake and Pancake

The hot and tasty Korean food was the most popular exotic cuisine in autumn. Plenty of people lined up in front of the Korean restaurants. NTNU office of international affairs invited Korean students to demonstrate the local Korean dishes for you to cook up in dorm.

At the lunchtime of October 7th, students from different countries gathered at the international social hall to learn to cook the “spicy rice cake” and “pickles seafood pancake”. These two dishes were the most important dishes to Korean; just like the American couldn’t live without cakes. The chef today was Rei Chen-he from Korea. She said that there was no special ingredient in the spicy rice cake, just added whatever you like to eat.

Chen Yu-hsiung from English department was satisfied with the food, she indicated that she would regret if she didn’t participate in it. The students could enjoy the dishes right after they finished cooking. The activity provides student a chance to know friends from different countries and different department.
