Career Exploration Clear Up New Generation Career Vexation
Students often started to feel confused to the future in the university. NTNU office of teacher education and careers service held two “Career Exploration Lecture” at Wen Hui Building on November 19th, to clarify the current job market and personal personality for students. Participated students could find their proper development through “CPAS-Career Personality Aptitude System”.
Over 50% Career freshman wasted 900 days to discover the unsuitable job. The young generation usually felt the undesirability and uncertainty on job. Therefore, to clear up the lost in career, it was important to ascertain one’s personality. The adviser Tu of Career Consulting Company mentioned three career keywords, profession, learning, and teamwork. Profession needed continuously updated. Learning should never stop. New skills, communication strategies, and entrepreneur management could increase personal superiority. In the job place, the rule “1+1>2” should be applied. A good teamwork could increase the working results.
There were no winner or loser in school. The supervisor wouldn’t assist you to discover your personality. Adviser Tu encouraged students that being a good student in school were easier than working in the company. The most important thing was to do the best one could. IQ, EQ, and AQ were all important issues. The CPAS could analyze one’s personality. Built up the good strategy and improved your deficiency, promoted your competitive power.
