Chinese Chess Master Cup In NTNU
The first Chinese chess master cup opened hostilities on November 13th at NTNU. Besides the members from the Chinese chess club, other Chinese chess lovers participated in the game as well.
The sponsor of the game Chen Bing-chuan from department of earth science indicated his motivation to hold the game was because the club counselor said that the club existence was just like the alive animal needed to move. They should held activities to active the club. NTNU Chinese chess club had established 20 years ago. One of the participated students mentioned that he didn’t know the existence of the Chinese club until he saw the poster and decided to participate in the game, because he loved Chinese chess either.
NTNU Chinese chess club had participated in many games. The target was to popularize Chinese chess in NTNU, exchange experience with other schools. They practiced every Monday 7 p.m. at Cheng 105, welcome students who were interested in Chinese chess to join.
