Number 107 School Administrative Conference
NTNU Number 107 school administrative conference was held on November 23rd. besides principal and vice principal, administrative director, chief, and department representatives, student’s representatives also attended conference.
Principal Chang Kuo-en indicated that recently the unreasonable result of the department evaluation had declared to the related unit. On the administrative affairs, no pressure would be added on department. Teachers were invited to participate in the cheerleading squad competition and sports games on November 24th and 25th. Director of office of research and development Sung Yueh-ting indicated that NTNU had low participating rate in the National Science Council Government Resources Planning. He expected related department assist more talented communication students. In the outstanding art university plan, expected NTNU showed the experience of culture creative, cooperated with National Taiwan Technology University and National Chengchi University.
Principal Chang added in the school fund report that the legislator commended NTNU for the self-provided fund. We stood the second place on the sites management, fund raising, and further education. School used the fund wisely on students and teachers. He encouraged teachers and students to consume at students-made Wen Hui Building coffee shop. The flunking system had made several adjustments. Principal indicated that NTNU wouldn’t give up on any students. The new rule in library, students could borrow up to sixty books per time and deadline lengthened to four months.
