MAC Computer Opened Up Digital Media Learning Center
NTNU high-class digital media technology lab opened on November 22rd. The new MAC computer classroom was located at extra-curriculum building floor 10th. NTNU principal Chang Kuo-en expected students to use it wisely and the related department could cooperate, develop technology art, and create a digital media-learning center.
In order to meet the need of NTNU professional design courses’ art and creative teaching, Information Technology Center spent ten millions on building the high-class digital media technology lab MAC computer classroom. The classroom opened at the moment Principal Chang pressed “inaugurate” button. The opening ceremony film was the NTNU student-made movie “Purity of MaoKong” trailer.
Principal Chang Kuo-en indicated that the Chinese area emphasized on the digital content a lot. Taiwanese should emphasize the product creation’s ideas and creativities besides the skillful computer technology. With the good classroom and outstanding teachers, he appreciated students to make good use of the new classroom in the shortest time. Academic chief Lin Shu-chen indicated that students were lucky to grow up in the high technology generation. The departments of performing art, visual design, and graphic art strived for the great equipment, she hoped students could cherish and make good use of it, and encouraged departments to cooperate and work for the creative works.
