Study Abroad and Learn at Winter Vacation Language Culture Camp

NTNU Office of International Affairs held the seminar on October 18th, introducing the several language culture camps that were going to hold next winter vacation. Besides introducing all the camps abroad, OIA invited the participated students in the past years to share their experiences as well.

The camps included the study in New Zealand The University of Auckland, United States San Diego State University, Seattle University of Washington, and England University of the Arts London. SAF (The Study Abroad Foundation) Taiwan representative Dominique Luthringer mentioned that University of the Arts London was a great choice for students who were interested in art, design, and fashion. The leaving date was flexible. The camp in Seattle University of Washington had lower percentage of English courses; it was more like a tourist visa instead of a student visa. Students who were interested in it just had to register online.
Knowledge Consulting Incorporation representative Hai Ming Ming indicated that students were more recommended to study abroad alone. Learned to communicate in the homestay family and adapt to different culture. Office of International Affairs had arranged and promoted different study abroad camp to reach different students demand. Welcome students who were interested to participate.
