NTNU Students Had Outstanding Performance in Creative of Chinese Character Arts T-shirt Design Competition

 In order to promote the beauty of Chinese character art and started up the new trend of Chinese character culture, National Palace Museum held the Chinese Character Design Week and the “National Palace Museum- Chinese Character Design Invitational Competition”. The competition invited university students to apply the Chinese character on the T-shirt design. The result of the competition was released on October 17th. The judges of the competition included the National Palace Museum director of department of culture creative marketing Su Wen Hsian, director of department of educational exhibition Yu Kuo Ching, inspector general of Stony Image Company Cheng Hsiang Ju, Professor Lin Chun Liang from NTNU Department of Design, and Director Chen Kuo Chen from Fu Jen Catholic University Department of Applied Arts. After the long examination and discussion, NTNU Department of Design had outstanding performances. 8 works in total were selected as the outstanding prizes. The selected works would be printed on T-shirt and the awarding ceremony and press conference would be held on October 29th.
