National Quemoy University Signed the Academic Exchange Agreement with NTNU

 National Quemoy University called on NTNU on the 7th of December. NTNU Principal Chang Kuo En and National Quemoy University Principal Li Chin Chen signed the cooperation agreement. They promised to share the resources in the future and create new research together. 

NTNU Principal Chang Kuo En indicated that National Quemoy University was very important in the exchange of Taiwan and China. NTNU had signed the sister school agreement with China Nanjing University. It was a pleasure to cooperate with National Quemoy University this time. National Quemoy University Principal Li Chin Chen was graduated from NTNU Ph. D of Law. As an alumnus of NTNU, Li Chin Chen indicated that National Quemoy University had cooperated with National Tsing Hua University and National Cheng Gung University. It would be great to sign the exchange student agreement with NTNU.
National Quemoy University was the only university in Taiwan that wasn’t located on the mainland Taiwan. Due to the close location to China, Principal Li indicated that National Quemoy University was the best spot to develop to either Taiwan or China. There were many new departments in National Quemoy University such as Department of International Affairs, Graduate Institute of Mainland China Studies, Graduate Institute of Culture and History of South Fujian Hokkien, and Graduate Institute of Marine Affairs. They focused on developing the new culture resources and combined with the local industries. It was the miracle of education between Taiwan and China. 
At the last of the signing ceremony, both sides exchange gifts and school flags, expected the future cooperation would benefit both sides.
