Taiwan Experience Education Program in NTNU, Recruiting More International Students

In 2019, NTNU keeps up the good work of internationalization. 18 projects were approved. It’s expected that more outstanding international student would come to NTNU and study here.
In 2015, the Ministry of Education in Taiwan launched a new program titled “Taiwan Experience Education Program (TEEP)' to welcome students to join different universities and colleges in Taiwan for short term professional internship. Qualified international students are welcome to apply for TEEP Fellowship. You can experience not only in-depth education in Taiwan but also connect with the Asian job market through TEEP-gateway. Prof. Cheng Chau Jern from the Graduate Institute of Electro-Optical Engineering was granted three spots for international students.
TEEP@India - Taiwan Experience Education Program for 500 India Talents
An increasing number of outstanding universities and colleges in Taiwan now offer short term professional and research internship programs for Indian talents. Some TEEP programs are suitable for undergraduate students; others are suitable for postgraduate students. Some are professional internships, some are research internships. The practical focus depends on the particular TEEP program that a university is offering.
Since 2018, an increasing number of outstanding universities and colleges in Taiwan now offer TEEP@AsiaPlus short-term professional and research internship programs for 500 International talents to experience Taiwan’s quality higher education and make personal connections with the Asian job market. Prof. Cheng is also an adaptor of this program. One student from India and another from Brazil now studies their PhDs.
NTNU excels in the number of projects being approved among all universities in Taiwan. International students who come to NTNU in 2020 can not only work on their expertise but also apply for master programs in NTNU.
