Charity Concert for the 88 Flood -- NTNU and Beijing Jiaotong University Symphony Orchestras
Beijing Jiaotong University Symphony Orchestra (BJUSO) came to Taiwan for a charity concert for the 88 Flood, and an opening ceremony and a musical exchange with the Department of Music, NTNU were held in NTNU on October 30th. BJUSO has attended several international cultural exchange events, and will start a European tour led by top conductor Kao Wei-Chun. Before that, they decided to come to Taiwan and make some contribution for the post-disaster reconstruction. The preparation for this charity concert took about 5 months, said the Yu Ting, Secretary-General of the World Leadership Education Foundation.
