The Ministry of Education Sends Official Employment Certificate to Professor Chang Guo-En to be NTNU’s 13th President

<p><span style="font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;; font-size: 12pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 新細明體; mso-font-kerning: 1.0pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB; mso-fareast-language: ZH-TW; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA" lang="EN-GB">The Ministry of Education sent an official employment letter to NTNU on November 13<sup>th</sup>, inviting the current Vice-President Chang Guo-En to be the 13<sup>th</sup> president of NTNU. After careful consideration of the Selection Committee, Professor Chang was chosen to be the new president of NTNU. His 4-year term will start on February 22<sup>nd</sup>, 2010, and ends on February 21<sup>st</sup>, 2014. Professor Chang, a Ph.D of Electrical Engineering, National Taiwan University, came to NTNU in 1987. Besides working as a frontline teacher, he had also taken administrative posts.</span></p>
