First Three Places Low Income Family Investigation Drawing A Charge
NTNU social work institute professor Teng Kuang-Liang made the research on the teenagers who came from the poor family. He found out that teenagers in three places across the sea perform different in three phases. These three phases respectively are the restoring force in economical difficult position, the hope toward the future, and the plans to escape from poverty. Tianjin got the highest in the total score, next was Hong Kong, Taipei was the lowest. No matter in which place, the better the teenagers perform on their schoolwork the more can they plan escape from poverty.
