Principal Chang Kuo-en Awarded the Outstanding Research Award from National Science Council
NTNU principal, who was also the professor of information education research institute, devoted himself in the research of digital learning field, combined technology and education. His research result gave great help for the digital environment learners. Principal Chang was the only one out of ninety winner, who awarded in information education field. Principal Chang taught in NTNU for almost 20 years and had published hundreds of international academic dissertations, managed many large-scale research projects. This was the second time he received the prize from National Science Council since the first time in 2002.
