The Opening of the Chih Yin Theater Created the Art Space
The opening ceremony of the “Chih Yin” theater was held on May 5th. The Legislative Yuan Speaker Wang Chin-ping, Principal Chang Kuo-en, former Principal Kuo Yi-hsiung, the president of the National Theater and Concert Hall Kuo Wei-fan, and the dean of the music department Hsu Jui-kun were attended at the ceremony. They hoped the opening of the theater could bring new blood to the performing art field and became the most valuable art space. Principal Chang indicated that music had long been a great tradition in NTNU, after the opening of the theater; students could have more chances to practice and prepared for standing on the bigger stage.
