Alumnus Liang Wei-sheng Donated 4 Million For School Developing
Appreciated NTNU government expense students qualification, the 69-year English department graduated alumnus, also the Hong Kong overseas students, Liang Wei-sheng, donated 4 million to NTNU on May 14th. Principal Chang Kuo-en represented to accept. Besides the 1 million for the low-income family, other 3 million for the English department, European Cultural Institute, and the History department as the development funds. Liang indicated that he came from a poor family, if it weren’t for the help of NTNU, he wouldn’t have the achievement today. He had donated 3 million three years ago to help the financial problem students to study.
