Lu Chang-shen Calligraphy Scholarship in NTNU
NTNU principal Chang Kuo-en attended the opening ceremony of Lu Chang-shen calligraphy exhibition at C.K.S Memorial Hall on December 6th. Principal Chang arrived with the testimonial to appreciate Mr. Lu of donating the money to NTNU to enhance NTNU calligraphy education.
Principal Chang indicated that the scholarship would be using to increase the calligraphy courses, to strengthen the ability of students in art and Chinese department, to cultivate more calligraphy masters like Tung Yang-tzu and Tu Chung-kao. The exhibition had best thank to Ms. Huang Hsiang-ling, the daughter of ex dean of art building Huang Chun-pi, and China Museum manager Chen Lu-sheng. It was because of Ms. Huang Hsiang-ling that Mr. Lu Chang-shen chose to donate the money to NTNU.
