2017 Flying Geese Camp for New Academic Leaders

The annual Flying Geese Camp: Academic Leadership Development Program was held on September 22nd to help new academic leaders to be on track and lead the team. New academic leaders can know how administration is worked in NTNU in this two day program and they can know each other, learn from each other.

Russian Language Course at NTNU

Russia is one of the BRIC countries and one of the world's largest economies. About 250 million people speaks Russian and now you can learn it at NTNU. College of International Studies and Social Sciences, National Taiwan Normal University, opened Russian courses for the first time since the second semester of the 2016 academic year. In the following semester, an advanced course was opened on every Thursday by Assistant Prof. Kurovskaya from Samara branch of Moscow City Pedagogical University. All students are welcomed.

Rising Number of TOCFL Test-takers Revels Popularity of Chinese

In response to the rising number of foreign student and foreign employees at schools or companies, the Steering Committee for the test of Proficiency-Huayu, assisted by NTNU under the commission of the Ministry of Education developed a scan test for Chinese as a Foreign Language. There will be two parts, listening and reading, for schools or businesses to know a test takers' Chinese ability in short time.

Viola Masterclass Frank Brakkee at NTNU

The Spring concert held by the Department of Music has come to an end on April 19th. Frank Brakkee the violist was invited as solo artist. His master class took place at the music hall of NTNU on April 21st.

IHRD Received Two Honors in Educating International Students

NTNU was excellent in pushing the program of “International Higher Education Scholarship Program” and “TICA Cooperation Program of International Quality Assessment”, taking back two honorable awards at a time.
