NTNU Enters Top 10 in Taiwan in 2009 World University Ranking

2009 World University Ranking for higher education by Times of London was published. NTNU was listed 105th in Asia and 10th in Taiwan, an overall ranking that is better than National Chung Hsing University and National Chengchi University.

Rainer Schmidt: Paralympics Table Tennis Gold Medal Winner

Father Rainer Schmidt, noted German table tennis player who lost both of his arms when he was little, came to NTNU on October 17th to share his experiences on his journey from a physically challenged man to a Paralympics table tennis gold medal winner.

NTNU Students Takes Overseas Internship in Thailand

Made possible by NTNU President Guo Yih-Shun, and Department of Chinese Literature Alumnus also the President of Kingpo Group Xu Sheng-Xung, NTNU reached an industry-university agreement with Kingpo Group, and sent 8 students to its subsidiary company in Thailand for a summer internship.
