The major responsibilities of the Office of Human Resources are managing personnel organization, appointment, employment, recruitment, promotion, resignation, salary and compensation, achievement, merits, transfers, benefits, training, leave of absence, insurance, retirement, welfare, pension and other personnel related matters.

According to the organization regulations of National Taiwan Normal University and related regulations, the Office of Human Resources is divided into four divisions:
  • Recruitment and Employment Division.
  • Assessment and Development Division.
  • Compensation and Benefit Division.
  • Project Human Resources Division.
