NTNU Accepted McDonald’s Training Credit
NTNU and McDonald’s Taiwan signed the “Credit Accepted Cooperation Agreement” on September 14th. Two of the McDonald’s professional training courses “ effective management practice” and “entrepreneur leadership practice” would be accepted by NTNU College of Management. This was the first example in Taiwan and would be the new mode of university cooperated with enterprise.
NTNU principal Chang Kuo-en indicated that the cooperation with McDonald’s was the milestone after college of management was found 3 years ago. Combining enterprise experience and university teaching concept, effectively promoted students employment ability. Besides, McDonald’s provided 5 chances for students from college of management to participate in the McDonald’s training. After 15 months training, could rapidly promote to manager, starting the salary from NT$40000.
Two of the students from college of management were asked to do the mock interview on the press conference. Both sides hoped the cooperation could cultivate more people and make a break through in the future service industry.
