College of Management Developed Serious Could Learning
NTNU College of Management cooperated with Top-BOSS International Cooperation, activated the enterprise management mock laboratory, and got the enterprise management cloud learning system. Through mocking the situation, assisted students carried out the role-play, experienced the real market circumstances.
Dean of college of management Chen Wen-hua indicated that the management serious game was different from the regular game. It is mainly to train the management workers or students to experience the real circumstances with teacher’s settings. The theory taught in class could immediately be used, the theory and practice at the same time. All the researched showed that this was the best way to learn. Practicing while learning could put the knowledge into the heart and exchanged into the performances on work. Overseas called this non-risk learning. We could learn anytime, anywhere.
NTNU and Top-BOSS International Cooperation had developed 11 types of enterprise management cloud learning systems so far. Combining executive information system and decision support system, the system could be applied to strategy, manufacture, promote, retail sale, restaurant, chain store, human resources, and financial management. More then 200 universities and hundreds of enterprise applied this kind of system.
