Outstanding Department Evaluation Workshop Experience Sharing
NTNU office of research and development invited professor Pai Ti-ching from Tamkang University Office of Quality Assurance and Adult on September 29th to give a speech, and shared the department evaluation experience.
In order to have good result with department evaluation, office of research and development specially held the series workshop to assist each department to prepare for the evaluation and display the specialty. The first workshop invited professor Pai Ti-ching to share his experiences of department evaluation. He indicated that at the beginning, should defined clearly each job unit. And then to define the “core ability” and “basic accomplishment” would be a hard work to complete. At last, after amendment and examination, there would come the satisfied result. He also shared that TKU was working on the 104-year department evaluation to make sure the student learning result.
Through the experts’ experiences sharing and enthusiastic discussion, office of research and development expected to have outstanding result in the department evaluation next year.
