Office of General Affairs Awarded 2nd Place in Activating Real Estate
NTNU Office of General Affairs actively rebuilt the unused spaces, greened the campus environment, and built up a friendly opened campus with community residents. The achievement was approved by National Property Administration Ministry of Finance, won the second place in the “ State-owned Public Real Estate Activation Exercise Accomplishment Evaluation”, only stated after the Ministry of Transportation and Communications.
In evaluation, office of general affairs examined the norm, won the judges appreciation in benefit, creativity, multi-dimensional, improvement, futurity, and achievements. The main idea of the evaluation was to make good use of the public spaces. Vice director of office of general affairs Pan Yu-feng indicated that it was joyful to win the award. The five main job in the office this year were activated public real estate, built the campus space database, rebuilt plan of the outside campus estate, computerized the school property, and built the property management system. Chang De-tsai gave the honor to the entire school. He indicated that the honor was not a victory of a unit or an office. The office just planned the whole things. NTNU was a city university, every land needed to make good use of. NTNU had more ancient monuments and old trees. The school was under construction to build a more comfortable environment while keeping the history.
