International Creative Industry Is Next Economic Spotlight
Recently, the international creative industry was the most popular industry in the world. In order to popularize the concept of “creative innovation” and “art value”, NTNU held the 2011 International Creative Industry Forum on December 5th. Scholars from Taiwan and abroad were invited to discuss and analyze topic based on creative design and marketing.
NTNU Vice Principal Cheng Chi-fu indicated that after the development of information industry, creative industry became the new economic development spot in every advanced country. NTNU Cultural & Creative Industry Center director Hsu Ho-jie indicated that the seminar was expected to combine different department to cultural creative industry and provided a space for development of cultural creative industry in Taiwan.
The seminar was divided into four sections of lecture. Professor Francesco Galli from Italy Politecrnico di Milano represented the innovation network of Asia area shared the strategy of creative design management. The president of Nederlander Universal Entertainment Company and New York Broadway Cinema Robert Nederlander Junior discussed the internationalization trend of Broadway. Vice president of Japan Fukuoka Design League Sato Toshiro gave a lecture of from the commercial design to social design. Vice professor Lu Ding-bang from National Cheng Kung University department of Industrial Design talked about the literature creation to cultural products.
