2012 National Intercollegiate Athletic Game- Break the Record on Swimming and Track And Field
Chang Kuo-chi from Department of Physic Education broke the game history record in man 50 meters freestyle with 23 second 01. Woman track and field broke the game history record in 400 meters relay with 45 second 39. The history record was also made by NTNU in 2009, 46 second 24. 5 more gold medals, 5 silver medals, and 1 bronze medals in the bag today.
Chang Kuo-chi indicated that his goal was to break the record when he got the first gold medal for NTNU on May 4th. He raised his right hand and wore a smile on his face on the podium. He proved his strength and ability to everyone who supported him.
The national swimmer Nie Pin-chieh led the woman 800 meters relay to get the gold medal. It was the 7th gold medal on swimming.
Wu Chi-han, Lin Wen-wen, Hsu Yung-chieh, and Chiu Shih-ting broke the game history record in track and field 400 meters relay with 45 second 39.
