The Hong Kong Institute of Education Called On NTNU For Art Exchange
The Hong Kong Institute of Education Department of Cultural and Creative Arts called on NTNU for summer program. NTNU Graduate Institute of Performing Arts received and arranged the activities. The three weeks camp would experience the beautiful Taiwan and a series of courses arranged by Graduate Institute of Performing Arts.
The Hong Kong Institute of Education Department of Cultural and Creative Arts was the first department focused on creative arts in Hong Kong. The purpose of summer program was to exchange with different university students in Asia. The program was to create an interactive learning environment, focus on worldwide problems, and do the topic research. The well-known scholars and related professions were invited to participate in the program to widen students’ vision.
The summer program this year was arranged by NTNU Graduate Institute of Performing Arts. 63 students in total participated in the program to Taiwan. The courses included Taiwan culture and policy introduction, physical body development training, and Taiwan culture and creative industry. Beside the academic courses, they also visited the famous spots like Chiang Kai Shek Memorial Hall, Jioufen, and Beitou. The leading professor Dr. Huang Hui Ying indicated that Taiwan was beautiful and had plentiful resources.
