Evaluation Bimonthly introduced NTNU Department of Technology Application & Human Resource Development Professor Li Lung Sheng, who was also the former principal of National United University. Professor Li took over the position of CEO of Higher Education Evaluation & Association Council of Taiwan on August 1st. The director of Office of Research and Development was taken over by Harvard University Education Ph. D Vice Professor Wang Li Yun from Department of Education.

The handing over ceremony of the council CEO was held on August 1st at the hall of National Academy for Educational Research. The president of the council Cheng Jui Cheng indicated that CEO Li had a great education background and many experiences. The council was undergoing a transforming stage. CEO Li’s outstanding ability would definitely lead the council forward to the new era.

CEO Li Lung Sheng received his master degree at NTNU Department of Industrial Education and his Ph. D degree of technology education at United States The Ohio State University. He was once the principal, dean, and department director of public university. In addition, he worked as the evaluation commissioner at university evaluation, department evaluation, technology university evaluation, and even the Ministry of National Defense military education evaluation and Hong Kong education system evaluation.
