China Shaanxi Normal University Called On NTNU for Music Education Exchange
A group of 30 teachers and students from China Shaanxi Normal University Department of Music called on NTNU on September 11th morning. It was the first department-to-department visit since NTNU signed the sister school contract with Shaanxi Normal University in 2009. Teachers and students from Shaanxi were very fond of the learning environment in NTNU. They expected the further exchange and learning cooperation in the future.
The vice director of Office of General Affairs Pan Yu Feng, Professor Li Ho Pu from NTNU Department of Music, and campus security captain Li welcomed teachers and students from Shaanxi Normal University on September 11th. The dean of Shaanxi Normal University College of Music Tian Da Cheng indicated that they appreciated NTNU’s hospitable reception. Through the activity, expected to enhance the relationship between both schools.
The exchange activities were mainly on two parts. Besides this, another part was Professor Yeh Shu Han from Department of Music led the orchestra students to perform in Shaanxi Normal University in the beginning of September.
Shaanxi Normal University walked around the campus and even took the classes together with Taiwanese students. They were highly approved of NTNU well-equipped media materials and library resources. They expected to have more cooperation in the future.
