NTNU Department of Industrial Education Alumnus Liao Tsang Hsiang Awarded the Ten Outstanding Young Person
NTNU alumnus Liao Tsang Hsiang graduated from Department of Industrial Education awarded the 50th Taiwan Ten Outstanding Young Person on October 9th. Liao Tsang Hsian was currently the general director in National Hsin Chu Senior Industrial Vocational School. He actively promoted saving energy and reducing carbon dioxide, and resources technology education. He was the model of technology education and environmental technology.
