China Higher Education Institutes Called On Taiwan for the IACEEM 2012
China East China Normal University, Central China Normal University, Northeast Normal University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Jiangxi Normal University called on NTNU on the 3rd of December to participate in the “1st Cross Strait Conference on Industrial- Academic Cooperative Education” The exchange students in NTNU from East China Normal University, Central China Normal University, and Northeast Normal University participated in the conference as well, to meet their teachers from the home universities and shared the learning and living experiences in Taiwan and NTNU.
The conference was hosted by NTNU Principal Chang Kuo En. Through the general academic affairs and exchange student presentation made by office of general academic affairs and office of international affairs, universities from China knew more about the development of NTNU. Executive officer of NTNU Center of Public Affairs Huang Chao Hsi played the “Youth Confucius” activity documentary to show the voluntary works NTNU students made in Taiwan and China.
The exchange students from China met their teachers from home university at the recess of the conference. They shared their studying experiences in NTNU and the living status in Taiwan.
