The University of Nottingham Ningbo China Visited NTNU

Vice President of The University of Nottingham Ningbo China came visit NTNU on December 9th. President Chang, Director of OIA Yu Kuang Chao and Vice Director Huang received them in person, hoping to turn new page for the cooperation between two sides.
The University of Nottingham is a public research university based in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England, United Kingdom. It was founded as University College Nottingham in 1881 and was granted a Royal Charter in 1948. The University of Nottingham Ningbo China has combined the advanced teaching quality of the University of Nottingham and the actual need for development in China. All courses are taught in English and students receive degrees of The University of Nottingham after graduation. 
According to President Chang, NTNU has international students from more than 80 countries, providing a multicultural learning environment and highlighting the international environment at NTNU. In addition to courses taught in English, many international students studying Chinese in this school and using Mandarin as the main language of communication. Many international students is able to speak in Chinese after half a year at NTNU. NTNU promotes the Chinese language education as an important method to expand Taiwan's diplomatic influence. We also have a high-quality international exchange and cooperation environment. Both sides are position about the possibility of future cooperation. 
The University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC) was the first Sino-foreign university to open its doors in China. Established in 2004, with the full approval of the Chinese Ministry of Education, we are run by The University of Nottingham with co-operation from Zhejiang Wanli Education Group, a key player in the education sector in China.
