For example, they have some exchange projects with elementary schools in Hsin Chu and Japan and it shows that Taipei School in Ho Chi Minh City is an International school. They have visited elite schools like Lawrence. One student told us that students in the Taipei School have various background. Some of them have Taiwanese parent, and some are from China, Japan or Korea. It's vital for teachers to be sensitive about different cultures. One student said that local students are expressive and outgoing. She learned from the practicum how to inspire students. All practice teachers and professors have learned a lot from this valuable experience. They have gained international mobility and opens up an opportunity to teach abroad.
