English Department Graduates Take the Floor

<p><font face="Arial">By Jocy Su<br /> Campus Reporter</font></p> <p><font face="Arial">About 120 people crowded the Y17 (台北市青少年育樂中心), a venue for Taipei City teenagers, this evening for the Department of English&rsquo;s ball for its graduates.</font></p> <p><font face="Arial">The ball, with the theme of &ldquo;cartoon fantasy,&rdquo; was organized by English Department&rsquo;s Student Association.&nbsp; Pretty faces in suits and dresses began to fill up the venue from 7pm.</font></p> <p><font face="Arial">Without live DJ or band shows, the ball began with music that was programmed in a computer.&nbsp; Approximately 70 seniors from the English Department, all dressed up, participated in this event which was designed to be a part of celebration of their graduating.</font></p> <p><font face="Arial">The ball ended at 9:30pm.</font></p> <p><font face="Arial"></font>&nbsp;</p>
