<p>The 13th Student Council of National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU), which owns 69 members today attended 13 member, held the monthly meeting in Classroom Building Jeng 101 at 9am to examine the nomination of Student Grievance Committee, and the budgets of Student Co-branded Credit Card and of the Student Association uniforms, which were proposed by the Student Association. </p>
<p>Given the fact that the nomination applied by the Student Association is too simple—this merely includes the name and the department of the nominees—the attended members of Student Council voted in 9:4 to disapprove the proposal. </p>
<p>In order to keep objective the quotations are given in anonymous. </p>
<p>The members of Student Council asked the Student Association to give complete resumes of what the nominees have done to prove their devotion to the NTNU students, to hand in the self-introduction of each nominees to make the student legislators more understand these nominees, and to offer the formal paper about the reasons why they are being recommended. </p>
<p>The 13th leader of the Student Council Chang Chiao-han (張巧函), the Junior student of the Department of Education, said that the function of Student Grievance Committee is through qualified members to coordinate the conflict to the interpretation of laws between Student Association and Student Council. </p>
<p>The student legislators also acclaimed that before the complete applications are being handed in the leader of Student Association will have no right to his budget. </p>
