NTNU Alumna Wu Qing-Ji To Be Minister of Education
<p><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 12pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; mso-fareast-font-family: '儷黑 Pro'; mso-font-kerning: 1.0pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: ZH-TW; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA" lang="EN-US">Graduated in 1973 from the Department of Education, NTNU, Wu Qing-Ji will become Taiwan’s new Minister of Education. He has full educational experience – including primary teachers and several administrative positions in the Ministry of Education. He is currently an executive director of the Association of NTNU Alumni. Coming from a less privileged background, Wu is a living model of NTNU’s school motto: integrity, diligence and simplicity. He struggled a little in the first 2 years at elementary school, but had since been the top students in his class, gaining scholarship to support his study until his graduation from NTNU.</span></p>
